Payment is to be made prior to attending your appointment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all payments will be made in advance via a digital payment link which you will receive at the time of your booking. Our cancellation and refund policy is 24 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment.

Appointment information:

Your appointment will typically last between 30-45 minutes. Should you feel you require a longer appointment duration, for example for complex conditions or assessment/treatment of more than one body site, please contact us to discuss your needs and any adjustments to fees.

For your initial assessment, please provide as much information as you can regarding your condition. Any referral, consultant or investigation letters, will be useful for the Physiotherapist to view to best assess your injury or condition in a holistic manner.

Please wear or bring comfortable and loose fitting clothing to your session. If you have a lower limb or back complaint a pair of shorts or appropriate clothing is recommended.

Treatments received via Health Insurance Arrangements

Total Restore is recognised by a number of Private Medical Insurance companies and so treatments are available by arranging an appointment. If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

If your treatment is to be provided under your medical insurance, please note the following arrangements must be followed before your treatment.

  • Call us to check that we are recognised by your insurance company
  • A referral by a medical practitioner such as a GP or Consultant is usually required in order to claim under most policies
  • Contact your insurance company to inform them you have been referred for physiotherapy treatment at Total Restore Phsiotherapy
  • Please ensure you bring your valid membership number and authorisation number to the appointment

We will invoice your insurance company directly to esnsure that you do not need to pay for your treatment so you need not pay for your treatment at the time.
