Our studio is located on St Anne’s Square just a two minute walk from Deansgate, Manchester. We do also offer one on one pilates classes for those who want to be pushed even harder.

Since everyone’s needs are unique, we have tailored our Pilates programmes to meet each and every client’s needs. We have also categorised them into different courses for varying experience levels and specific requirements.

Our Beginners Pilates Classes

These classes are designed to gently introduce Pilates to our patients. They are perfect for those who have never attended a Pilates class before, or even know what Pilates entails.

Our teachers will work with you to create an invigorating joining of mind and body during the Pilates class, and within no time, you will be able to better control your body movements, flexibility, balance and also develop good posture to reduce strain on your muscles.

By the end of the six-class introduction phase, we will ensure you have mastered the basics of Pilates and how to combine its six core principles of:

  • Breathing
  • Movement control
  • Movement flowing
  • Concentration
  • Movement accuracy
  • Central core activation

Once our physiotherapists are happy that you have mastered all the basics, you can then move to the intermediate class where you will take part in six more Pilates classes.
